Crafted for unparalleled performance and control, this mast features a slim, low-drag profile that ensures playful, precise turning, exceptional rigidity, and maximum speeds.

Constructed with High Modulus Carbon fiber and optimized fiber orientation, the D/LAB Mast achieves superior bending and torsional stiffness.

The drag-optimized base plate design significantly reduces resistance during take-off and landing, while its tapered chord length and thickness optimize strength while minimizing drag.

Measuring 84 cm, the Foil Assist D/LAB Mast is particularly well-suited for prone and downwind-oriented riders. It can also be used for learning how to pump, wake, light wind or wave wing foil sessions. Powered by the highest torque motor on the market and offering a maximum thrust of 33 kg, this mast allows users to pair it with smaller foils and boards, resulting in greater responsiveness, maneuverability, and control.

Safety and efficiency are further enhanced thanks to the powerful folding gear propeller that only open when the motor is engaged and automatically close upon releasing the remote control or falling off the board, ensuring minimal drag and enhanced safety. Paired with high-performance Duotone batteries and an optimal signal connection between the remote and the battery receiver, the D/LAB Mast guarantees consistent power throughout your sessions, making it ideal for seasoned foilers looking to explore new possibilities with their equipment.

While it is less modular than the alloy version, it is specifically compatible with the 3BS fuselage and SLS wing sets, as well as the Tail D/LAB fuselage and D/LAB wing sets.

The carbon mast can be attached to any brand's foil board using standard US foil tracks. For optimal performance, we strongly recommend combining it with the specially designed Duotone Midfish foilboard.

Key Features

LOW DRAG THROUGH SEAMLESS INTEGRATION. The fully integrated motor pod, fixed at 17 cm below the top plate, and internally routed cables optimize glide and maneuverability, while allowing for easy assembly.

MODULAR DESIGN. The Foil Assist Mast D/LAB enables easy swapping of the motor and connector cable across the entire Assist mast range. It is compatible with the Duotone 3BS fuselage, Tail D/LAB, and SLS

and D/LAB wing sets. Additionally, it connects to Armstrong foils with a specially designed fuselage and can be attached to any brand’s prone or wing board.
